Our Beginning
OSFI Consulting was founded in 2024 by Javeria Nasir Syeda, who leads the company as Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Under her leadership, OSFI has grown into a certified Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) and Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) serving federal and Department of Defense customers.

Where We Work
Headquartered in Reston, Virginia, in the heart of Northern Virginia’s technology corridor, OSFI supports federal customers across the country, including Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.
As a certified WOSB and EDWOSB, OSFI gives agencies access to small business set aside contracting paths, paired with the focus and accountability of a team that treats every contract as a priority.
